1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vegas11's Aviator gaming platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must not be excluded from gaming under any applicable laws.

3. Data Protection & Privacy (DPDP Act)

2. पात्रता

  • आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आप अपने क्षेत्राधिकार में ऑनलाइन गेमिंग के लिए कानूनी रूप से पात्र होने चाहिए।
  • आपको सटीक और पूर्ण पंजीकरण जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।
  • आप किसी भी लागू कानून के तहत गेमिंग से बाहर नहीं होने चाहिए।

  • पात्रता, खाता, निष्पक्ष खेल, भुगतान, जिम्मेदार गेमिंग, बौद्धिक संपदा, देयता, विवाद समाधान और परिवर्तन से संबंधित सभी अन्य शर्तें पहले की तरह लागू रहती हैं और भारतीय कानून के अनुसार हैं।
